1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Jaipur Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Jaipur Tech provides IT consulting, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services. The specific details of the services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the right to use any materials (text, images, etc.) provided to us
• Pay for the services as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the services rendered, the client will own the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Jaipur Tech retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jaipur Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
