The Mission.
An end-to-end WhatsApp Marketing & Automation Platform built on the official WhatsApp Cloud API — enabling businesses to run bulk broadcast campaigns, build chatbot flows, and manage customer conversations at scale.
The platform features a real-time multi-agent chat inbox, campaign analytics (message sent, delivered, read, and clicked rates), contact management with XLSX import, and a visual drag-and-drop flow builder for automated reply sequences.
We built the backend on Laravel with a robust event-driven queue architecture to handle high-throughput message dispatching, ensuring 99.9% delivery reliability even during peak campaign windows.
The Challenge
WhatsApp's official Cloud API has strict rate limits and template approval workflows. Businesses needed a streamlined SaaS layer that abstracts this complexity and provides a self-serve dashboard that anyone can operate without technical knowledge.
